Why we Started

CreatePositive was founded by Dr Elke Paul, who has spent decades designing wellbeing content, and transformation  programmes across the world. From the very beginning, her vision was clear: to create spaces where people can gather, that are trusting, evidence-based, and deeply human – where real change and wellbeing growth can take root without rushing.

In 2025, Georgie McIntyre joined as Co-Owner, bringing her own lived experience as a leader, safeguarding professional, and coach. She knows first-hand the weight of responsibility and the difference it makes when you finally feel seen and supported. Together, Elke and Georgie combine creativity and strategy, evidence and empathy, heart and structure- and a good dose of humour.

They believe that lasting change happens when people feel nourished as well as challenged, when growth is rooted in both courage and compassion.

A message from Elke

Two quotes have been my compass since the very start of my career:

Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.” – Margaret Mead

If your compassion does not include yourself, it is incomplete.” – Buddha

They capture exactly why I started CreatePositive.

I believe deeply in the power of circles and communities to create real change. But I also know that the very people, who are passionate to make a difference often push far beyond their limits, and they are often doing it alone. They don’t take time to pause, to find new energy, allies, and resources to keep going in a sustainable fashion.

CreatePositive exists to change that. We help women to grow into the positive, influential leaders they aspire to be – in their professions, their communities, and their own lives – while nourishing their wellbeing and growth along the way. So they can lead with energy, clarity, and joy… and thrive as they make their mark on the world.

Warmest, Elke

A message from Georgie

Two quotes that continue to guide me are:

“Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.” – Theodore Roosevelt

“Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, ‘I will try again tomorrow.’” – Mary Anne Radmacher

They remind me that leadership is not about having all the answers, it’s about showing up, staying true, and finding the courage to keep going.

I’ve led schools and organisations through times of challenge and change. I know what it feels like to juggle responsibility, vision, and people’s needs all at once. And I also know the relief of finding a space where you can pause, be understood, and find a clearer way forward.

That’s why I joined CreatePositive – to stand alongside people and organisations who want to grow with clarity, compassion, and purpose.

With love,  Georgie

What that means for you

We’re not here to impress you with our CVs. Be invited to check our LinkedIn profile for that. We’re here to help you feel lighter, clearer, and more supported. Our backgrounds mean we understand the complexity of your role, and we’ve built services designed for exactly that.

Whether you join us for a retreat, a journey, coaching, growth circles, or one of our online programmes, you’ll find the same thing at the heart of it all: a calm, safe, and hopeful space to breathe, reflect, gain courage and move forward.

CreatePositive helps people – and especially women – to gather, to lead with purpose and impact, while staying healthy, happy, and energised. Because thriving women create thriving worlds. And because your work matters… and so do you.

Together — experience meets caring partnership

  • Elke brings the creative and content depth.
  • Georgie brings the strategic and relational clarity.
  • Together, we hold both the heart, the structure  and the love of this work.

We both watched each other experiencing  hardship, failure and injustices , we both felt stretched too thin. We supported each other, grew from it and became even more passionate to practice what we believe in.

These shared experiences  and our unshakable sense of humour formed our deep bond. We are still our own best clients- holding each other accountable to work on our own balance and wellbeing.

We’re not just teaching from theory, we are walking it and we’ve built CreatePositive so that you can walk with us.

The booking I’m reading at the moment
Self-Love as the Art of Living A systemic, therapeutic, and spiritual practice. I’m reading this as part of my training as a clinical psychotherapist for young people. Most of the cases I currently oversee are heartbreaking, and I need to be very diligent not to absorb their pain or become entangled in their stories. Instead, I aim to stay connected to my inner core and to keep my own inner space clean, calm, hopeful — and a little cheeky, so we can share a laugh here and there. I’m hoping this book will give me practical tips to help me do just that.
The song I am listening to at the moment
In German: Der perfekte Tag (The Perfect Day) by Max Raabe and orchestra. It’s simply a cheerful song about deciding to have a perfect, happy day, no matter what might be going on around you.
The place I feel most grounded
On my yoga mat, wherever it happens to be with me. I’ve been sitting, standing, and lying on this same mat for many years. It has travelled with me across continents, holding my tears, my joy, my exhaustion, my failed attempts at certain poses, and my deepest moments of relaxation and meditation. Every time I step onto it, I come home to myself. It’s like an old friend.
Proudest moment
One that happened quite recently: A 15-year-old patient slipped me a note as she said goodbye for the last time before leaving the clinic. She wrote that she would never forget my “kick in the bud attitude” whenever she wore her “I don’t care” face for too long, and that she now has a glimpse of self-love to help her move forward despite her difficult family ties. Her words meant the world to me. Or another: My last yoga class at my studio in Sydney, before moving away. The room was packed, people young and old squeezed in together. At the end we sat in silence, and I was able to look into each person’s eyes. In those moments we exchanged deep gratitude, love, dedication, and the energy to carry goodness forward. It may sound cheesy, but it was simply a beautiful moment of connection. I feel incredibly blessed to have shared experiences like these — moments of genuine connection with people from all walks of life, across my different careers. They define me, and they keep me moving forward in my work.

The booking I’m reading at the moment
The book I’m currently reading is The Long Win by Cath Bishop. Written by an Olympian who is now a leadership consultant. It’s a beautifully reflective take on what success really means beyond the tick-boxes and short-term wins. Anyone who is juggling pressure and purpose would find this a reflective read. It’s reminding me how powerful it is to grow at a pace that’s purposeful, people-first, and sustainable. Exactly the kind of clarity and calm we aim to support through CreatePositive.
The song I am listening to at the moment
The song I’m currently listening to is “Rainbow by Kacey Musgroves Having recently come back from a trip to Nashville and the Country Music Awards (an incredible experience), I love this song because sometimes, you need a gentle reminder that the storm has passed, and the light is still there, even if you can’t see it yet. It’s a song that speaks about being hopeful in heavier moments, something I come back to often in my work and life. For me, it’s an anthem for the people who carry a lot, feel deeply, and still keep showing up with heart.
The place I feel most grounded
For me, it’s the quiet moments that bring me home to myself. A cup of tea in the garden, Rosey curled up nearby, the breeze moving gently through the trees. That’s where I feel most grounded, not in busy schedules or big achievements, but in the stillness of something real and rooted. It’s a reminder that growth doesn’t always have to be loud. Sometimes, the most powerful shifts begin in the quiet.
